About the event

Join holistic mindset Coach/spiritual director and yoga teacher Lea Grove and explore the space between stimulus and response, where you can leave behind your habitual solutions and cultivate a living relationship with the present moment. As you learn to consciously relax into this space—the pause—and grow more grounded and present, you can open to a renewed sense of clarity, wisdom, and wholeheartedness. Most importantly, you feel more connected, which changes the way you respond and connect with others and the world around you.

We will be exploring how to:

  • Listen deeply and pause mindfully
  • Grow more grounded, open, and present
  • Restore connection with yourself and others in a supportive community
  • Respond calmly, clearly, wisely
  • Experience the feeling of interconnectedness with the world around you
  • Engage more fully and expansively, compassionately in life.

Experience a compassionate practice that draws you back to the present over and over again, restoring your sense of deep connection.

What to expect:

-We will be meeting in a safe and secure online chat room (via Zoom.)

-Please arrive on time. In order to create a safe container, all must be present at the start of this group.

-It will be helpful to have your favorite journal and pen/pencil.

-We will begin by reading NUSHU Group Guidelines, then a brief introduction of ourselves, and a series of journaling prompts followed by a time of sharing.
